About Tvisha

Tvisha Technologies exists because of a gap we kept watching enterprises fall into: the firm that writes your software and the firm that staffs your teams are almost never the same organisation, and the seam between them is where budgets and timelines go to die. We built one company that does both, held to a single delivery standard.

Our story

Tvisha began in Bengaluru with a small services team and an uncomfortable observation. The clients who called us for engineering help had usually already spent a year and a considerable sum trying to hire the same skills directly. The clients who called us for recruitment help usually had a stalled product behind the requisition. Both problems were the same problem, split across two invoices.

So we stopped treating them separately. Our recruiters sit with our architects. The person assessing a candidate for a client placement is the same kind of engineer who would review that candidate's pull request on one of our own builds. That is an unusual amount of overhead for a staffing business and an unusual amount of hiring machinery for a software firm — and it is precisely the point.

Nine years later the model has held up under conditions we did not design it for: pandemic-era remote scaling, a Fortune 500 rescue that turned into a four-year relationship, and a healthcare client whose consultation volume grew sixty-fold in eighteen months. What has not changed is the operating rule we started with — the people are the product, and everything else follows from how seriously you take that.

In a world driven by data and speed, technology is only as good as the people who build it.

Mission

Remove the seam between building software and staffing it.

To give ambitious organisations one accountable partner for the product and the people — so that engineering capacity stops being the constraint on what they can attempt.

Vision

The default technology partner for enterprises that cannot afford to be wrong.

To be the firm that regulated, high-stakes organisations call first — because our engineering holds up under audit and our people stay long enough to know why the system was built that way.

What we hold to

Values are only real if they cost something. Each of these has cost us a pitch, a margin point or an uncomfortable conversation in the last year — which is how we know they are load-bearing.

Honest over comfortable

We give the estimate we believe, name the risk in the room, and tell a client when the work they are asking for is not the work they need. It costs us pitches. It keeps us relationships.

Craft is not decoration

Tests, observability, documentation and readable code are not line items to negotiate away. They are the reason the fifth year of a system costs less than the first.

People before placements

A candidate is not a margin. We turn down mandates where we cannot see the role working out for the person twelve months in, because the alternative burns both sides.

Explain, do not impress

Every architectural decision comes with a written rationale in language your CFO can follow. Complexity that cannot be explained is usually complexity that was not necessary.

Own the outcome

One delivery lead owns scope, quality and people for the whole engagement. There is no handoff at which the problem becomes someone else's.

Leave it better

We hand over systems your own team can run without us — and we consider a client who insources successfully a reference, not a loss.

In a world driven by data and speed, technology is only as good as the people who build it.
The Tvisha Advantage

That belief shapes our "Build & Scale" model — a single partnership that delivers the product and the people behind it. Where most firms force you to choose between an engineering vendor and a staffing agency, Tvisha operates as one integrated unit: architects who ship, recruiters who understand the stack, and delivery leaders who own the outcome.

Milestones

  1. 2017

    Founded in Bengaluru

Nine engineers, one meeting room in Brookefield, and a first client in domestic logistics.

  2. 2018

    The staffing arm opens

Recruitment moves in-house after too many client projects stall waiting on hires. Technical assessment is run by practising engineers from day one.

  3. 2019

    First dedicated development centre

A UK health-tech client stands up an eighteen-person centre under their own brand, our infrastructure and people operations.

  4. 2020

    North America office

US presence opens to serve BFSI clients in their own time zone; the FinTech practice becomes our largest vertical.

  5. 2021

    Remote scaling under pressure

Telemedicine engagement grows from 8k to 500k monthly consultations. The delivery model survives its first real stress test.

  6. 2023

    UAE and UK offices

EMEA and Middle East engagement teams open, adding executive search for technology leadership to the Scale division.

  7. 2025

    AI & data practice formalised

Machine learning moves from a capability inside teams to a practice with its own leadership, evaluation standards and MLOps tooling.

  8. 2026

    400+ specialists, four regions

More than forty enterprise clients across FinTech, healthcare, retail and logistics — with 94% of placements still in seat at twelve months.

How we are organised

We are structured by discipline rather than by account. That means the architect reviewing your design has seen the same problem on four other engagements, and the recruiter assessing your candidate sits two desks from the engineers who set the bar.

Engineering Practice

210+ engineers

Architects and principal engineers who own technical standards across every account — reference architectures, review gates and the internal guilds that keep them current.

  • Backend & platform
  • Frontend & mobile
  • Cloud & DevOps

30+ specialists

Finance, legal, compliance and IT security — the unglamorous machinery that lets a distributed engineering business pass a client audit without drama.

  • Information security
  • Legal & contracts
  • Finance
  • Facilities & IT

Governance & assurance

Security practices

Least-privilege access with full audit logging, managed and encrypted endpoints, mandatory MFA, and dependency plus secret scanning gated in CI on every repository.

Regulated delivery

We deliver routinely into environments governed by HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR and SOC 2, and we operate inside the client's control framework and evidence requirements rather than substituting our own.

Contractual assurance

Unconditional IP assignment from the first commit, mutual NDAs as standard, defined SLAs with service credits, and a documented replacement guarantee on every placement.

Business continuity

Multi-region delivery across four countries, cross-trained squads with documented bus-factor mitigation, and disaster-recovery procedures that are rehearsed rather than filed.

Client voices

They inherited a codebase two vendors had walked away from, instrumented it in three weeks, and had the settlement job running on a fifth of the infrastructure by the end of the quarter. Nobody on my board expected that.
