Every enquiry is read by a delivery lead before anyone from sales sees it. If your problem is not one we are genuinely good at, we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone who is.

Name, email and a paragraph about the project is enough to start. The more you tell us about constraints and timelines, the more useful our first reply will be.
What happens after you send it
- Today
You send the brief
A paragraph is enough. Timeline, constraints and what "done" looks like are more useful to us than a requirements document.
- Within 1 business day
A delivery lead reads it
Not a sales development rep. Someone who has run engagements of the shape you are describing, who will tell you if we are the wrong firm for it.
- Within the week
A 45-minute working call
We ask about constraints, existing systems and decision-making. You get an indicative range and a view on approach on the call, not two meetings later.
- 3–5 working days after the call
A written proposal
Scope, assumptions, team shape, commercial model and risks — the assumptions section is the one worth reading.
What you are trying to achieve, any hard deadline, the systems it has to work with, and whether you are looking for a team, individual engineers, or both. Budget range helps enormously — not because we scale the proposal to it, but because it tells us immediately whether we should be recommending a different approach.
No forms required. Send the problem in a paragraph and we will come back with questions, not a brochure.
